The withdrawal policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their account. This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

MAIN VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS
  • Photographic ID: A copy of your current photographic ID is required for your first withdrawal request. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Specifically, it is the paragraph page of the ID that we require for our verification checks. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit/debit card(s) used to fund your account. Please ensure that all details are clearly legible to enable prompt and accurate verification. For security purposes block the middle eight numbers on the front of the card copy and 3 digit security code at the back of the card copy.
  • Proof of address: This may be submitted in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement. It should be a recent document showing your full name and address as registered on your account with us. If you provide a credit card statement please ensure that you blank out the eight middle numbers of the credit card.
  • Notarized documentation: Your documents will need to be authenticated by an appropriate qualified Notary/Solicitor and signed and stamped as proof of legitimacy.

The following is an explanation of how the withdrawal process works and ClassicCasino’s Withdrawal Policy:

At ClassicCasino.com, the method(s) by which we pay your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).

  1. Visa credit/debit/Entropay card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer or;
  2. Maestro debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past and only in random selected cases), or;
  3. Neteller (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
  4. Skrill (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
  5. PayPal (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or ;
  6. WebMoney (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
  7. EntroPay (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
  8. CoinPayments (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
  9. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned above or by MasterCard credit cards), or;
  10. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK only), or;

Visa Credit Card Withdrawals: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, ClassicCasino is not permitted to pay withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please contact [email protected] for details on these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included, ClassicCasino is not permitted to pay withdrawals to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefor, deposits made using these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section 3 of the withdrawal policy below.

MasterCard/Eurocard withdrawals: due to regulations imposted by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, ClassicCasino is not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made by MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section 3 of the withdrawal policy below.

Please note the following important withdrawal information (pertinent to credit card and Non-credit card users):

  • Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour as the deposit, via the same payment method may be combined as one payment.
  • In most cases, withdrawal Payment credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your ClassicCasino account.
  • Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.
  • If your withdrawal request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:
    • The minimum withdrawal limit is $20.
  • Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your withdrawal request, and we may asl that you sign a list of your previous deposits to your ClassicCasino account.
  • In some cases where account verification is required for completing your request, we will return any pending withdrawals to your bankroll until the verification on your account is complete. If your withdrawal remains in a pending status and is not returned to your bankroll immediately, you will have 7 days to complete your account verification before your withdrawal is reversed and returned to your bankroll.

In the event a member requests to withdraw funds in a currency different from the deposit currency, a conversation rate will be applied based on the daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the withdrawal is processed. A special margin to cover our conversion costs may be added to the mid-market commercial conversion rates offered. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the member will be told his withdrawal ID and the amount refunding in both bankroll currency and settlement currency.

Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your e-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.

We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Bonuses may be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied.

In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.

ClassicCasino WITHDRAWAL POLICY

According to the ClassicCasino Withdrawal Policy, members’ withdrawal requests shall by automatically paid directly to the payment method(s) by which that member submitted their original deposit(s) to their ClassicCasino account, up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section 1 below for definition). Thereafter, that member may choose the payment method(s) by which to receive their ***Remaining Withdrawal Balance (see section 3 below for definition):

  1. *The Member Transaction Balance shall be defined as:
    • Any total of sum a member has deposited to their ClassicCasino account via their Visa credit/debit/Entropay web card(s) (with the exception of certain Visa credit/debit cards - please contact us for details), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    • Any total sum a member has deposited to their ClassicCasino account via their Maestro debit card(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    • Any total sum a member has deposited to their ClassicCasino account via their Neteller account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    • Any total sum a member has deposited to their ClassicCasino account via their Skrill account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
    • Any total sum a member has deposited to their ClassicCasino account via their PayPal account(s), less previous withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
    • Any total sum a member has deposited to their ClassicCasino account via CoinPayments account(s), less previous withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
    • Any total sum a member has deposited to their ClassicCasino account via WebMoney account(s), less previous withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
  2. Withdrawals shall be automatically paid directly to the following payment method(s), up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section 1 above), and in a manner such as follows:
    • Visa credit/debit/Entropay web card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see card exceptions above);
    • Maestro debit card(s);
    • Neteller account(s);
    • Skrill account(s);
    • PayPal account(s);
    • CoinPayments account(s)
    • WebMoney account(s);
  3. Thereafter (once a *Member Transaction Balance, utilizing all payment methods with which that Member has deposited to their ClassicCasino account in the past, has been satisfied - see section 1 above), that Member may choose, if any exists:
    • Visa credit/debit/Entropay web card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see card exceptions above), or;
    • Maestro debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
    • Neteller (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
    • Skrill (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
    • PayPal (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
    • WebMoney (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
    • EntroPay Card (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
    • CoinPayments (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by this payment method in the past), or;
    • Wire Transfer (i you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK), or;
    • UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your ClassicCasino account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK. note: This is the only options for UK issued Visa/MasterCard credit cards to receive over the balance withdrawals.)

In the event that you cancel a withdrawal request, you will bear full responsibility for any subsequent wager of such sum. The Company is under no obligation to refund any amounts that are cancelled by you and which are subsequently wagered.
